| Summary: | The rural population victim of the armed conflict has been exposed with higher intensity to the traditional problems of the Colombian countryside: the property concentration, the informality of labor, the consequences of violence, the inadequate or insufficient use of land, and the state abandonment. The vulnerability of the victims, the low production of the land, and the aforementioned problems, can be positively influenced throughout measurements that promote agricultural productivity. These mechanisms act, in sum, as tools of rural development and social strengthening of the rural population victim of the armed conflict.
La población rural víctima del conflicto armado se ha visto expuesta con mayor intensidad a las problemáticas tradicionales del campo colombiano: la concentración de la propiedad, la informalidad laboral, las consecuencias de la violencia, el uso inadecuado e insuficiente de la tierra y el abandono estatal. La situación de vulnerabilidad de las víctimas, la baja producción del campo, y las problemáticas de la tierra, pueden ser influenciadas positivamente mediante medidas que fomenten la productividad agraria. En suma, estos mecanismos actúan como herramientas del desarrollo rural y de fortalecimiento social de la población campesina víctima del conflicto armado.
