| Summary: | The proposal, that the authors present in this work is based on the Importance that Project Management has taken in public and private companies and who this have been forced to have a more organlze project management to achieve the objectives, through to fulfill with the extended triple restriction: scope, time, cost quality, requirements or customer satisfaction and risk, inasmuch as, it centralizes and coordinates resources to satisfy companies necessities.
Therefore, at first instance. the authors analyzed project management background in order to identify the best methodology that helps to solve the problem observed in the Chocó's Technological University, Diego Luis Córdoba (UTCH). Second, the authors measured the level of maturity in the projects financed with royalty resources considenng the PMI guidelines and the OPM3 model, this measuring was done through interviews to different project management leaders, With this inlormation, the authors identified the maturity level and designed procedures, formats and the different tools that the University could use to improve their Projects Management.
La propuesta presentada en este trabajo se realiza teniendo en cuenta que, actualmente la Gestión de Proyectos ha tomado gran importancia en las entidades públicas y privadas obligando a tener una administración de proyectos más organizada, con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos trazados, a través del acatamiento de la triple restricción ampliada: alcance, tiempo, costo, calidad, satisfacción del cliente y riesgo, centralizando y coordina así los recursos para satisfacer las necesidades de la compañía.
Por lo tanto, primero se analizaron los antecedentes sobre la gestión de proyectos, con el fin de identificar una metodología que ayude a solucionar la problemática observada en la Universidad Tecnológica del Chocó. Segundo, se realizó la medición del nivel de madurez en la gestión de los proyectos financiados con recursos de regalías, bajo los lineamientos del PMI con el modelo OPM3 y para lograrlo, se entrevistó a los responsables de la gestión de dichos proyectos en la Universidad. De acuerdo con !a Información recolectada, se identificó el nivel de madurez y se diseñó un modelo de gestión de proyectos donde se establecieron los procedimientos, formatos, plantillas y se describieron las distintas herramientas que podrían utilizar para mejorar la Gestión de sus Proyectos.
