| Summary: | XBRL is emerging as a powerful international standard for efficient and effective scanning of any type of report issued by organizations (not just financial reports, as many would come to think). The XBRL standard organizational reports gives an "intelligent structure" that allows the stakeholder to use this information to avoid the problems commonly found in data manipulation, such as loss of valuable information, reprocessing of information, irrelevant information or unimportant to the stakeholder, and so on.
XBRL surge como un potente estándar internacional para la digitalización eficiente y eficaz de cualquier tipo de informe emitido por las organizaciones (no solo informes financieros, como muchos podrían llegar a pensarlo). El estándar XBRL dota a los informes organizacionales de una “estructura inteligente” que permite a los stakeholder emplear dicha información evitando los problemas presentes comúnmente en la manipulación de datos, tales como: perdida valiosa de información, reprocesamiento de la información, obtener información poco relevante o sin importancia para el stakeholder, etc.
