| Summary: | El sector tecnológico ha sufrido cambios significativos en los últimos años, lo que conllevo a ser uno de los más demandados en términos de empleabilidad, oferta de estudios, producción de bienes y servicios; por esto es importante investigar su comportamiento a nivel empresarial y educativo enfocándose en lo siguiente ¿cuáles son las habilidades que busca el mercado laboral en el sector? y ¿cómo las universidades o instituciones de educación o centros de formación las están abordando?, es entonces que al mirar los procesos de vinculación del personal idóneo por las organizaciones se encuentra que las habilidades blandas han cobrado relevancia en criterio de selección e incluso se ha dejado un rubro importante dentro de su presupuesto para capacitación de los empleados, dado que permite un mejor desempeño y ambiente laboral.
Esta investigación se centró en la búsqueda de las habilidades con mayor demanda a nivel internacional en el sector tecnológico, lo cual implicó la búsqueda, análisis, recopilación de datos, definición y justificación de diferentes autores; priorizando las habilidades blandas más importantes en el contexto global. Adicionalmente, se presenta una definición propia a partir de la recopilación de información analizada.
Así mismo, los beneficios que trae para las empresas contratar personas con este tipo de habilidades para sobresalir en el mercado con ventajas competitivas. Finalmente, se muestra la evolución de las habilidades blandas, a partir de la aparición del área de recursos humanos en la historia, se presentan aspectos e hitos que conllevaron a su prioridad en la actualidad.
The technology sector has undergone significant changes in recent years, which has led to it being one of the most demanded in terms of employability, supply of studies, production of goods and services; therefore, it’s important to investigate their behavior at the business and educational level focusing on the following What are the skills that the labor market is looking for in the sector? and How are universities
or educational institutions or training center’s dealing with them?, so, when looking at the processes of linking the right personnel by the organizations found that soft skills have gained relevance in selection criteria and has even left an important item with in its budget for employee training, since, it allows a better performance and work environment.
This research focused on the search for the skills with the highest demand
internationally in the technology sector, which involved the search, analysis, data collection, definition, and justification of different authors, prioritizing the most important soft skills in the global context. Additionally, an own definition is presented based on the collection of analyzed information.
Likewise, the benefits it brings for companies to hire people with this type of skills to excel in the market with competitive advantages. Finally, it shows the evolution of soft skills, from the appearance of the human resources area in history, presents aspects and milestones that led to its priority today.
