| Summary: | The Colombian School of Engineering Julio Garavito, in the Program of Specialization in Development and Integral Management of Projects, establishes as a requirement to obtain the Specialist Degree the elaboration of a Degree Work, which allows to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the curriculum. . In this context, the Work Team comprised of students from cohort 16 of the Program, developed as an academic exercise the project called "Pre-feasibility study for the assembly of an alternative energy system in the ice bank of the Alquería Santa Marta plant" . This document provides information on the most relevant aspects regarding the strategic alignment, formulation and evaluation of the Project, through the development of market, technical, environmental, administrative, legal, financial and financing studies; also a summary of the respective Management Plan. It is important to highlight that both the Degree Project and the Project are articulated with the management plans developed in accordance with 9 of the 10 areas of knowledge of the 5th edition of the PMBOK, prioritized by the Work Team.
La Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, en el Programa de Especialización en Desarrollo y Gerencia Integral de Proyectos establece como requisito para obtener el Título de Especialista la elaboración de un Trabajo de Grado, que permita poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante el plan de estudios. En este contexto, el Equipo de Trabajo integrado por estudiantes de la cohorte 16 del Programa, desarrolló como ejercicio académico el proyecto denominado “Estudio de prefactibilidad para el montaje de un sistema de energía alternativa en el banco de hielo de la planta Alquería Santa Marta”. El presente documento, proporciona información de los aspectos más relevantes en cuanto la alineación estratégica, formulación y evaluación del Proyecto, mediante el desarrollo de los estudios de mercados, técnicos, ambientales, administrativos, legales, financieros y de financiación; también un resumen del respectivo Plan de Gerencia. Es importante resaltar, que tanto el Trabajo de Grado, como el Proyecto, se articulan con los planes de gerencia desarrollados de acuerdo con 9 de las 10 áreas de conocimiento del PMBOK 5ª edición, priorizadas por el Equipo de trabajo.
