| Summary: | As a professional intern of the Public Accounting Program, I'm presenting my placement report with Integrated Financial Services Inc (IFS). Starting with the internship's objectives which guided the practice process, contributing to the economic and commercial growth of the company through the recruitment of Spanish-speaking clients as well as how the practice allowed good level of performance achieving those objectives, both during and after the process.
The document begins by providing the basic data of the company, followed by its Mission. IFS works every day to provide financial services that enable investors to achieve their goals, to purchase or refinance assets. These services includes wide range of investments, from commercial properties and/ or equipment for the health care sector. Subsequently, there is the description of the needs in the company and the results achieved by meeting those needs.
The development of practice, was emphasized in meeting the objectives and the implementation of daily tasks, which contributed to the advancement and development of transactions that the company had at the time. The activities were based on the elements and components of the Internal Control and knowledge exchange in the financial area, supplying the main objective of contributing to the economic and commercial growth in the acquisition of Spanish speaking clients. Each activity proposal is attached to this document.
Como practicante profesional del programa de Contaduría Pública, permito presentar informe de Practica Empresarial realizada en Integrated Financial Services Inc. (IFS). En primera instancia se plantearon los objetivos de la pasantía los cuales guiaron el proceso de práctica aportando al crecimiento económico y comercial de la compañía por medio de la captación de clientes de habla hispana. La suma de los objetivos específicos permitió al final conseguir niveles de desempeño durante y después de la práctica.
El documento inicia proveyendo los datos básicos de la compañía, seguido por la Misión, de Integrated Financial Services Inc. – IFS, la cual trabaja cada día por brindar servicios financieros que permiten a las personas alcanzar sus metas, ya sean en la compra o refinanciación de sus activos fijos, así como la inversión en nuevas construcciones comerciales y/o maquinaria para el sector salud. Posteriormente, se encuentra la descripción de la necesidad a suplir en la empresa, los resultados obtenidos junto con los alcances y logros.
El desarrollo de la práctica, se enfatizó en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y en la realización de las tareas diarias a cargo, las cuales contribuyeron al avance y desarrollo de las transacciones que la empresa tenía al momento. Las actividades se basaron en los elementos y componentes del Control Interno e intercambio de conocimiento en el área Financiera, supliendo el objetivo principal de contribuir al crecimiento económico y comercial en la captación de clientes de habla hispana. Cada actividad propuesta se adjunta al presente documento.
