| Summary: | This thesis represents the preparation of a manual of procedures for the industrial engineering program of the University of Santander Cúcuta headquarters. The investigation begins by analyzing the situation in which the previous quality manual is, to find differences, reforms, changes and updates that contribute to the development of all the objectives set. Based on this, the general objective is to update the quality manual for the industrial engineering program of the University of Santander Campus Cúcuta under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The methodological design implemented was of a descriptive type, since it allowed identifying the specific topic by xiv means of information sources, as an information search strategy taking into account the ISO 9001 standard.
La presente tesis representa la elaboración de un manual de procedimientos para el programa de ingeniería industrial de la universidad de Santander sede Cúcuta. La investigación inicia realizando un análisis de la situación en la que se encuentra el anterior manual de calidad, para encontrar diferencias, reformas, cambios y actualizaciones que contribuyan al desarrollo de todos los objetivos planteados. A partir de esto se plantea como objetivo general actualizar el manual de calidad para el programa de ingeniería industrial de la universidad de Santander Campus Cúcuta bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015. El diseño metodológico implementado fue de tipo descriptivo, ya xll que permitió identificar por medios de fuentes de información el tema en específico, como estrategia de búsqueda de información teniendo en cuenta la norma ISO 9001.
