| Summary: | Este proyecto tuvo como propósito fortalecer la habilidad investigativa cognoscitiva resolución de problemas en docentes de la Institución Educativa República de Israel mediante un recurso educativo digital para estudiantes con discapacidad visual. Invita al empoderamiento de la investigación competentemente identificando y reflexionando sobre necesidades cotidianas de las instituciones, direccionando acciones pedagógicas que conlleven a su resolución. Se enfocó en la investigación cualitativa con diseño de acción participativa mediante etapas: detectar el problema de investigación; formular un plan; ejecutar, evaluar y generar realimentación. Población conformada por docentes de grado 9°. Alcances propuestos: medición de la habilidad en los docentes; base de datos mediante matriz RAE sobre estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje; recurso educativo digital de audio y base para el banco de recursos para estudiantes con esta condición, entre ellos, guía transdisciplinar digital y en braille. Los resultados evidenciaron falencias en algunos indicadores de resolución de problemas en cuanto a estrategias apropiadas para apoyar la educación a estudiantes con discapacidad visual. A modo de conclusión, con el fortalecimiento de habilidades investigativas de resolución de problemas los coinvestigadores aportaron desde su saber reforzando conocimientos colaborativamente para elaborar el proyecto, la construcción de la guía y del recurso auditivo mediados por herramientas TIC. En cuanto al aporte social, se convierte en un apoyo para la institución buscando que perdure en el tiempo fortaleciendo las habilidades investigativas mediadas por las TIC con todos los docentes de la institución; brindando la posibilidad de continuar ofreciendo educación con igualdad, equidad y de calidad.
The purpose of this project was to strengthen the cognitive investigative ability to solve problems in teachers of the Educational Institution Republic of Israel through a digital educational resource for students with visual disabilities. It invites the empowerment of research competently identifying and reflecting on the daily needs of institutions, directing pedagogical actions that lead to its resolution. It focused on qualitative research with participatory action design through stages: detecting the research problem; formulate a plan; execute, evaluate and generate feedback. Population made up of 9th grade teachers. Proposed scopes: measurement of skill in teachers; database through RAE matrix on teaching-learning strategies; Digital audio educational resource and base for the resource bank for students with this condition, including a transdisciplinary digital and Braille guide. The results showed shortcomings in some indicators of problem solving regarding appropriate strategies to support education for students with visual disabilities. By way of conclusion, with the strengthening of investigative skills to solve problems, the co-researchers contributed from their knowledge, reinforcing knowledge collaboratively to prepare the project, the construction of the guide and the auditory resource mediated by ICT tools. As for the social contribution, it becomes a support for the institution seeking to last over time, strengthening the investigative skills mediated by ICT with all the teachers of the institution; offering the possibility of continuing offering education with equality, equity and quality.
