| Summary: | Este trabajo tiene como propósito describir el clima institucional administrativo en la
Institución Educativa Municipal Rural San Jorge. La investigación se desarrolla bajo la comprensión holística de la ciencia como descriptiva. El diseño fue de campo, transeccional contemporáneo. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 22 docentes de la Institución Educativa Municipal Rural San Jorge. Para la recolección de los datos se empleó la técnica de la encuesta mediante el instrumento escala Clima Institucional Administrativo (CIA), contentiva de 24 ítems de alternativas de respuestas dicotómicas; la validez se calculó mediante el juicio de experto y la confiabilidad fue calculada por Alfa de Cronbach con resultado de 0,97. Para el análisis de los resultados se utilizó la estadística descriptiva, específicamente la frecuencia absoluta y porcentual y la mediana como medida de tendencia central porque los datos se midieron en un nivel ordinal. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que el clima institucional administrativo de la institución estudiada es medianamente favorable, por lo que se puede afirmar que tanto el ambiente
administrativo de la institución estudiada como el ámbito de relaciones entre sus miembros presenta deficiencias que afectan el desempeño de los docentes y por ende el éxito de la gestión educativa de la institución.
The purpose of this paper is to describe the administrative institutional climate at
Institution Educative Municipal Rural San Jorge. The research is developed under
the holistic understanding of science as descriptive. The design was cross-field contemporary. The study population was composed of 22 teachers from the
Institution Educative Municipal Rural San Jorge. For data collection, the survey technique was used using the Institutional Administrative Climate (IAC) scale
instrument, containing 24 items of alternatives of dichotomous responses; validity was calculated using expert judgment and a reliability calculated by Cronbach's Alpha with result of 0.97. For the analysis of the results, descriptive statistics were used, specifically the absolute and percentage frequency and the median as a measureof central tendency because the data were measured at an ordinal level. The results obtained give evidences, that the institutional administrative climate ofthe institution studied is “moderately favorable", so it is possible to affirm that both the administrative environment of the institution studied, and the relations between its members present deficiencies that can affect the performance of teachers and the success of the educational management of the institution.
