Se descubre la necesidad de crear una guía estratificada, la cual es un instrumento para identificar falencias, conocer el consumidor al cual se pretende llegar y poder entender y aplicar las estrategias indicadas para llegar a cumplir con el mayor objetivo de cualquier empresa, generar mayores ingresos. Sin ventas no hay negocio.
