Debido a los problemas de competitividad que presenta la empresa Inversiones y representaciones DINAMIX, se planteó realizar un estudio de competitividad y un planteamiento de estrategias para la supervivencia de la empresa, debido a que por estos problemas su permanencia en el mercado no iba a ser muy larga, principalmente porque empresas competidoras se adjudicaban los negocios a los que la empresa se presentaba.
