| Summary: | The Sierra Morena school is located on 19th area in Ciudad Bolivar, it was the place where was developed the educative project named “Training to secondary teachers for integrating the ICTs to the pedagogical process at Sierra Morena school”. This proposal was done with the goal to inquire to how a teacher training allows to a
pedagogical reflexion to incorporate to the educative practice digital available resources at the school.
The Project was created due to some weaknesses got by a survey and some classes’ observations of some schools teachers who showed the lack of ICTs incorporation to the pedagogical process. Because of this situation was proposed a training strategy for the teachers of the school, it was based on the pedagogical reflexion backed up by the teacher’s role to deal the ICTs integration to the pedagogical work. Similarly like relevant got contribution it elucidated about the ICTs integration importance to the teaching-learning process, moreover to promote the collaborative work at the professional environment that is reflected at the students
teaching-learning process, but taking into account the key role of the teacher as trainer and facilitator at the pedagogical practice
